DRIVERS are being warned to expect disruption when a busy road in Colchester closes completely for pothole repairs this weekend.
East Bridge, in East Street near Colchester town centre, will undergo carriageway repairs.
Works will include waterproofing the bridge deck and resurfacing the carriageway along East Street, which has been labelled by residents as the most potholed street in the town.

The closures will be in place 24 hours a day from 7pm on the Friday until 5am on the Monday.
Warning notices will be put in place prior to any works starting and diversion routes will be implemented.
