A man has been arrested on suspicion of driving while over the drink drive limit. 

Essex Police were called to Butt Road, Colchester, after reports of a crash involving an e-scooter. 

No one was injured. 

Officers attended and arrested a man on suspicion of driving while over the prescribed limit. 

He has since been released under investigation.
