TWO men suffered injuries after reportedly being involved in a brawl outside a popular town centre bar.
Essex Police were called to Head Street shortly after 1.45am on Saturday following reports of assaults.
It was established one of the victims, a man in his 30s who is believed to be a doorman, had sustained a broken cheek bone.
Another, a member of the public, is reported to have suffered a loss of teeth, broken nose and concussion and had to be taken to hospital.
Two men, both from Colchester and aged 19 and 22, were arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and ABH but have since been released under investigation.

A spokesman for Essex Police said: “Two men have been arrested in connection with an assault in Colchester in the early hours of Saturday.
