Police have named the victim at the centre of a murder investigation in Essex.
Karen Bailey, 53, was injured in Grosvenor Drive, Loughton, last month when she was struck by a car.
Emergency services were called to the scene but she was was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 61 year-old man from Loughton was arrested on suspicion of murder in the early hours of the same day.
He is currently on bail until 12 November.
The incident happened at around 12.15am on Friday, August 20.
