A man who died after a car came off the road and hit a tree in Essex has been named by police.
Charlie Barrett was killed following the collision in Wenlocks Lane, Blackmore.
Police say only the vehicle that crashed – a blue Nissan 4x4 – was involved in the incident.
Charlie, who was 29 and from Chelmsford, has been described as ‘kind-hearted’ and ‘selfless’ by his family.
They added: “He was full of love and energy with a unforgettable laugh and will be missed by so, so many people."
The collision occurred just before 6pm on Friday, September 10.
