A ROAD has been closed following an accident with two vehicles.
The A120 Coggeshall Road has been shut in both directions.
The closure is between the A131 Braintree and B1024 Coggeshall following an accident that involved two vehicles.
AA Traffic reports there are long delays in both directions of upwards of 22 minutes.
It is understood the accident is between West Street and The Street.
It is not yet known how long the road will be closed for.

Essex Police have since released a statement saying: "We were called to reports of a collision on the A120 Coggeshall Road at around 1.20pm on Friday 21 January.
"Two cars and a lorry were involved.
"A road closure was in place near to the Hollies Road junction, but the road has now reopened."
