A firm has been fined more than £600 after failing to say who was driving a vehicle which was alleged to have been involved in an offence.
Melton Meadows Properties LTD, based in Higham, was charged with failing to identify the driver on a vehicle in Plymouth on June 25.
The charge related to a Range Rover being driven at Crownhill.
The firm admitted the charge and at Bodmin Magistrates’ Court on January 26 was fined £660.
It was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.
Magistrates said they had taken the plea into account when sentencing.
