Pico Wharf, Whitehall Road, Colchester
The applicant sought after installing two kiosks south of Haven Road at the rear of the site known as Pico Wharf.
They wanted to sell cold food as well as cold and hot drinks to takeaway.
However, Colchester Council refused the plans, stating parking issues which would arise as one reason for its decision.
Mersea Road, Peldon
The applicants want to convert the first floor of their property into a study and gym.
The works will also convert the existing double garage at the site.

Parsons Field, Dedham
This plan seeks to construct a two-storey side extension with a front and rear single-storey extension.

Cedar Avenue, Tiptree
The applicant is seeking to replace an existing temporary building at their property.
The application outlines a proposal to extend the rear of the ground floor with a brick and block construction.
