A MAN with an “appalling” history of criminal charges has been sent back to prison.
Tendayi Mutukudzi, of Maidenburgh Street, Colchester, was found guilty of failing to answer police bail after being required to do so on January 26.
The 41-year-old was sent to prison by Colchester Magistrates’ Court for one week as court officials slammed him for having an “appalling” history.
He must also pay a victim services surcharge of £128.
