Assault - Colin Southby was found guilty of assault
A THUG who assaulted a man in Colchester has been ordered to pay a hefty sum for his crime.
Colin Southby, of Lethe Grove, Colchester, committed the offence on December 4, 2021.
During a hearing, Colchester Magistrates’ Court found the 35-year-old guilty of one count of assault by beating,
Southby was ordered to pay £834 in a fine, victim services surcharge and court costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
