A MAN was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after a disturbance at a hotel.
Officers from Essex Police arrested the 47-year-old who allegedly used threatening and abusive behaviour at the Premier Inn in Parkeston at noon on Wednesday.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We were called to a disturbance at a hotel in Parkeston Road, in Dovercourt, shortly after 12pm on Wednesday 27 April.
"We arrived and arrested a 47-year-old man on suspicion of criminal damage and using threatening and abusive behaviour.
"We presented our findings to the Crown Prosecution Service for advice.
"The man has subsequently been told he will face no further action."
