Making a buzz - Staff and pupils at Busy Bees Nursery
THERE was a buzz around Busy Bees Day Nursery in Colchester as the staff and children had a great day celebrating World Bee Day 2022.
The nursery celebrated the day by playing games with the little ones dancing like bumble bees dressed up in their bee costumes.
The day also featured a selection of arts and crafts with the children making their own beehives and painting pictures of bees.
The students were also taught about the wonder and awe of bees, highlighting the vital role they play within our ecosystem and how important they are for all facets of life.
Centre director Kate Whitnell said: "The children has such a special day, they all looked amazing, and the staff planned a range of activities and new experiences."
