A driver has been fined and given license points after driving without insurance
A MOTORIST has been handed a fine and points on his licence after he was found to have no insurance.
Mustofa Abdulkadir, 20, of Waterside Lane, Colchester, was caught driving without insurance in Chelmsford in January.
He admitted the charge when appearing in Colchester Magistrates’ Court and as a result, was fined £120.
Abdulkadir also had his licence endorsed with eight points.
