The frock swap stands in polar opposition to fast fashion
A POPULAR clothes swapping event will take place this weekend as people hope to get rid of old clothes and replace them with new second-hand wares.
Colchester Frock Swap, organised by Stanway councillor Lesley Scott-Boutell, will take place at Colchester Arts Centre this Saturday from 9.30am.
The event is free for swappers who arrive with clothing to pass on. Those turning up with an eye on some new clothing will be asked to make a £2 charity donation.
