A BUSY leisure centre has urged people to wash before using its swimming pools.
Leisure World, off Cowdray Avenue, Colchester, pleaded with people to “help us help you” during a statement.
The centre has both a leisure pool and a fitness pool enjoyed by residents.
A spokesman said: “Please always shower before using our swimming pools.
“It can help decrease your risk of waterborne illnesses and also helps maintain our pools hygiene.”
