A MOTORIST has been fined after failing to give his details after an accident.
In London in October, Jeevan Claire, of Clacton Road, Colchester, caused damage to another vehicle and failed to stop or give his name and address to the owner.
The 22-year-old admitted the charge when appearing in Stratford Magistrates’ Court.
Claire was fined £293 and had six points added to his driver’s licence.
He was also ordered to pay £34 in victim surcharge fees and £110 in costs.
