A MAN charged with stealing hundreds of pounds worth of clothes from a shop in Culver Square shopping centre in Colchester is to appear in court before the end of the month.
Warren Linnen, of no fixed abode, has been charged with four counts of theft from H&M over a three week period between April and May.
The 42-year-old is accused of stealing £810 worth of clothes, and will appear in Colchester Magistrates Court on June 21.
