Drivers have been warned to expect delays when a busy Colchester road is closed for resurfacing.
Essex Highways is carrying out the work on the A133 St Andrews Avenue and Clingoe Hill later this month.
While work is underway there will be an overnight road closure will be in place from 8pm to 6am.
The works are due to be on the westbound carriageway.
A diversion route will be put in place for drivers.
The road will be resurfaced from July 28 to July 30.
A temporary 30mph will be put in place on the roads on those dates.
The roadworks notice said: “Carriageway resurfacing will usually involve planing off all or some of the existing surface and removal of this material from site.
“The planed area will have the manholes and gullies adjusted and replaced if required.”
