Threats - the man threatened a woman
A MAN who threatened to kill a relative has been ordered to undertaken 50 hours of unpaid work.
Radoslaw Wisniewicz made the threat against a woman on June 2, causing her to fear for her safety, Colchester Magistrates’ Court heard.
The 46-year-old admitted the offence and was ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work, as well as undertake 20 days of a rehabilitation activity.
Wisniewicz, of Foresight Road, Colchester, must also pay £240 in a surcharge and costs.
