Two arrests made after a woman and an emergency worker assaulted
TWO people have been arrested after incidents flared in Colchester city centre.
Essex Police were called to Fashions nightclub in Queen Street at 11.30pm on Sunday following reports of a man assaulting a woman.
A 29-year-old was arrested on suspicion of assault and a public order offence.
A 38-year-old woman was also later charged with assaulting an emergency worker.
She is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on August 30.
