A MOTORIST has been handed a large fine and banned from the roads after being found almost six times the drug limit.
Oliver Stancombe, 26, of Queensland Drive, Colchester, was caught with 113 micrograms of Ketamine per litre of blood. The limit is 20.
He admitted the charge when appearing in Colchester Magistrates' Court and was handed a fine of £480.
Stancombe was also banned from driving for a year.
