POLICE are looking to trace a man in connection with the theft of £800 worth of alcohol from a Colchester supermarket.
Essex Police has released a CCTV appeal in connection with a "substantial" theft from the Tesco store in Highwoods.
The theft took place at around 3.40pm on June 18.
Officers are also seeking a second man in connection with the incident, who is not pictured.
He is described as white, 6ft 2ins tall, of slim build, with a beard and moustache and was wearing a tracksuit top, skinny grey jeans and grey trainers.
A police spokesman said: "Anyone with information about the incident, or the identity of either men, is asked to contact us.
"Please quote the crime reference number 42/157289/22."
