Man set to appear before crown court judge over sexual assault charge
A MAN has appeared in court charged with sexually assaulting a woman in Colchester.
Devon Gleave, 19, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on August 17.
He was not asked to enter a plea to one charge of sexual assault, allegedly carried out on October 1 last year.
Gleave, of Raeburn Close, Frinton, was released on conditional bail until a hearing at Ipswich Crown Court on September 14.
