A LANE hogger has been handed three points on his licence after causing traffic to build up behind him.
Obed Denteh, 37, was driving a Mercedes on the A12 at Kelvedon on April 6 at the time of the incident.
A report from Colchester Magistrates’ Court states he was driving in the right-hand lane despite the left lane being clear, “causing a build-up of traffic behind his vehicle”.
