A MAN has been missing for more than two weeks and police are appealing to the public for help.
Ahmed Poka, 20, was reported as missing on Saturday, August 20 from the Boxted area.
Officers believe he may be, or have been in the Dereham or Watton area of Norfolk.
Police are looking for anyone with information to come forward.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: “We are appealing for information to help find Ahmed Poka who’s missing from Colchester.
“Ahmed, 20, was reported missing from the Boxted Road area on 20 August.
“Officers have been carrying out various enquiries to find him since then but have now exhausted all investigative avenues so we’re now asking for the public’s help.
“He’s described as slim, 5ft 10ins tall, with short curly brown hair and a brown beard.
“Through our investigations we believe he may be, or have been, in the Dereham or Watton areas of Norfolk.
“We need to find him to make sure he’s ok.
“If you’ve seen him or have any information about where he is please call us on 101.
“If you’re with him or it’s an emergency, call 999.”
