WOMEN wanting to take part in the motoring challenge of a lifetime had better get a move-on - there are just four places left on next month's Headway Essex event.
The charity is offering a chance to drive at least six vehicles, which could include lorries, double-decker buses, sports cars, quad bikes, mini-diggers, fork-lift trucks and four-wheel drive off-road vehicles, as well as heavy and light plant vehicles.
Those receiving a place and taking up the challenge on Sunday, June 29, are asked to raise sponsorship for Headway, the organisation that supports brain injury survivors across the county.
Fundraising officer Mary Beverley said: "Get behind the wheel of these amazing vehicles and burn rubber at Bentwaters Park, Woodbridge.
"Show off your motoring skills, and learn a few new ones. Have fun and raise funds for Headway Essex, who will supply literature, sponsorship forms, joining instructions and a map.
"Perhaps get together with a friend or colleague to have an even better day out. Hurry, as we only have four places left."
