A MAN who admitted to driving whilst under the influence of drugs and using a car without insurance has been fined, has been banned from holding a driving licence and ordered to do unpaid work.
Darryl Fuller, of Ratcliffe Road, Colchester, failed to stop his Vauxhall Corsa when he was signalled to pull over by police in May.
The 38-year-old appeared in Colchester Magistrates Court where he admitted to five driving related offences.
Magistrates ordered Fuller to carry out 240 hours of unpaid work, fined £200 and disqualified him from holding a driving licence for 32 months.
