GLITZ and glamour was the theme for a charity fundraising ball.
The annual St Helena Hospice summer ball took place at Le Talbooth restaurant, in Dedham.
Businesses and local organisations were among the party-goers who booked a table at the Time for a Little Fizz ball.
The glamorous event went without a hitch, with all those attending enjoying a three-course meal, live band and dancing. A large auction also took place.
The ball was sponsored by Birkett Long Solicitors, PKF and Barclays bank, and all the funds raised - believed to be in the thousands of pounds, will go to the hospice, based in Colchester, which provides palliative care for people with advanced, progressive, life-threatening illnesses.
