INTREPID friends who have seen the world through their fundraising exploits have set off on their toughest challenge.
Kim Smith and Zoe Tipple, both 46, will trek for 14 days to reach the base camp of Mount Everest.
The friends work for North East Essex (NHS) Primary Care Trust, AND have seen the sights of Thailand, Brazil and Peru in past money-spinning trips.

THRILL-seeking fundraiser Ben Lattimore, from Clacton, is set to drive across the Sahara Desert and African jungles to raise cash for the Send a Cow charity.
Mr Lattimore and friend Bob Foster, will be racing in the Adventurists' Africa Rally, leaving London on July 18.
