A MERCEDES driver who failed to comply with traffic signs has been banned from holding a licence because of his history of offences.
Neil Caskie, of Reynards Copse, Colchester, was driving in Romford in January when he was caught travelling onto Colchester Road without heeding lane closure signals.
The 39-year-old appeared in South West London magistrates court last month where he admitted the offence.
Caskie was fined £261 and disqualified from driving for six months because it was a repeat offence.
