A CAR is to be crushed after it was seized by police officers who found its driver was uninsured.
The Ford Focus was stopped in West Mersea after it flagged up on the police’s ANPR system as having no insurance.
Essex Police stated the driver confirmed this at the scene, leading to the vehicle being seized.
