A DATE has been revealed for when late night shopping hours will be phased in during the run-up to Christmas.
Retailers in Lion Walk shopping centre will welcome late night shoppers from Wednesday, November 16, when most stores in the shopping district will be open until 9pm each Wednesday until Christmas.
That evening, there will be a Christmas market across Lion Walk and Culver Street East.
Wednesday November 16 will also see a light parade run from North Hill to Firstsite, with the Christmas light switch-on taking place at 6pm and fireworks going off at 7.30pm.
As reported by the Gazette on Wednesday, the High Street Christmas market will on Sunday, December 11.
