A VILLAGE, which is considering a low-cost housing scheme for local people, is to conduct a survey among residents.
Wrabness has been finding out about the scheme from the Rural Housing Enabler, which looks at housing needs in communities.
The homes are only for those that have a close connection to the villages, through family or work.
Mistley's parish council is already considering the scheme, after a survey among its villagers established there was a need for the housing.
Richard Colley, vice-chairman of Wrabness Parish Council, said a survey there would probably be carried out at the end of the financial year.
It would establish how strongly they want the homes and what kind they want.
