A MAN has been disqualified from driving and ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work after he refused to provide a breathalyser test to police officers.
Wyatt Cole, of Bakers Court, North Station Road, Colchester, appeared at Colchester Magistrates Court last Tuesday.
There, he admitted to failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
The 29-year-old was fined a total of £569 and ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid word over the next 12 months.
Cole was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 17 months.
