A SHOP has reopened at a shopping village following a major refurbishment.

Braintree Village has announced the re-opening of Radley London, which has redesigned its second new concept store, making it the second largest of its kind in the UK.

Taking inspiration from their London HQ, Braintree Village’s new ‘townhouse’ store has been specially designed to create an elevated shopping experience with design elements drawn from the opulent Georgian architecture of Mayfair.

Founded in 1998, Radley London sells artisan-made handbags, footwear and accessories.

Now with over 20 stores, the brand's Scottie dog insignia can be seen all over the world.

As well as its extensive range of leather handbag styles, the store sells coats, knitwear, sleepwear and footwear along with a variety of accessories including diaries, compact mirrors and foldable totes.

To celebrate the store re-opening, a statue of the brand’s famous mascot Radley is on display at Braintree Village until December 5.

There is also a meet and greet with a Radley Scottie dog on Saturday, November 19, between 11am and 3pm, with shoppers able to meet the iconic Scottish terrier.

Shoppers visiting the new store from November 18 to 20, as well as on November 24 and 27 can enjoy a 'surprise and delight' experience with Radley’s English sparkling wine cans to celebrate Black Friday and the start of the Christmas season.
