A DRIVER has been fined and given points on his driver’s licence after he drove four miles per hour over the speed limit.
Anthony Parsons, of Oyster Tank Road, Brightlingsea, was caught by a speed camera in Waltham Forest when he drove his BMW 24mph on the A104, where the speed limit is 20mph.
The offence took place on the morning of February 1.
Appearing at Lavender Hill Magistrates Court in Battersea, the 56-year-old admitted the offence, having initially denied it.
He was fined £100 and given three points on his licence.
