A SEXUAL deviant who disclosed private sexually explicit content of a woman has been handed a restraining order.
Danijel Bostjancic, 45, disclosed the content which pictured his victim in a private sexual moment in Coggeshall on December 12, 2021.
Bostjancic, of Acland Avenue, Colchester, admitted the offence at Colchester Magistrates’s Court.
He was banned from contacting his victim and ordered to pay £240 in costs and a surcharge.
Bostjancic must also undertake 20 days of a rehabilitation activity and carry out 200 hours of unpaid work.
