A POLICE incident has closed a major Colchester road.
Via Urbis Romanae, which is a key route linking the A12 to the Myland area of Colchester, has been closed in both directions.
The extent of the incident is not yet known, but the stretch of Via Urbis Romanae which is closed runs from the roundabout near Colchester United’s football ground down to the junction with Whitmore Drive.
