A SERIOUS road traffic collision has seen Essex Police release an appeal for a man who has connections in Clacton and London.
An investigation currently being carried out by the police has seen the authority identify 19-year-old Billy Mooney as having potential connections to a serious collision which took place in Oxford Road, Clacton, in October.
The incident saw a man in his nineties sustain serious injuries before he was taken to hospital in a serious condition.
The occupants of the second car, a black BMW, fled the scene in the direction of the town centre.
Now, Essex Police have asked anyone who has any information on Mooney’s whereabouts to get in touch on 101, citing case reference 42/MZ/22254/22.
