A NURSERY business which has been going strong for a decade has launched a new branch in the city centre to “support working and busy parents”.

Dragonfly Day Nursery, which originated in Stratford, London, has now officially opened its new site in a Grade-II listed building in North Hill.

The state-of-the-art daycentre can accommodate children aged between three-months-old and five-years-old and has different rooms for each age group.

It also offers both part-time and full-time places and aims to be as flexible as reasonably possible in order to help out parents.

A spokesman for Dragonfly Day Nursery said: “The nursery is situated in a beautiful and historic building which boasts a rich history dating back to the 15th century.

“Dragonfly Day nurseries aim to serve their local communities, which they are at the heart of.

“The Stratford branch has just received its good Ofsted rating and we aim to replicate the same level of excellent care within their new branch in Colchester.”
