A MAN who failed to comply with a court order has been fined by magistrates.
Dex Powell, 34, failed to attend two sessions with the Probation service in November and December respectively last year.
Colchester Magistrates’ Court heard there was no “acceptable documentary evidence” provided for Powell’s absences.
Powell, of Tarragona Mews, Colchester, admitted breaching a community order when he appeared before the same court.
He was fined £50 and ordered to pay £60 costs. The order remains in place.
