A COLOURFUL business has opened a new branch in Colchester city centre following its success in London.
Dragonfly Day Nursery, which originated in Stratford, has now officially opened its new site in a Grade-II listed building in North Hill.
The nursery has been described as a domain to support working and busy parents.
It opened its doors last month.
A spokesman for the nursery said: “The nursery is situated in a beautiful and historic building which boasts a rich history dating back to the 15th century.
“Dragonfly Day nurseries aim to serve their local communities, which they are at the heart of.
“The Stratford branch has just received its good Ofsted rating and we aim to replicate the same level of excellent care within their new branch in Colchester.”
The grand day centre can cater to children aged between three-months-old and five-years-old and has different rooms for each age group.
It also offers both part-time and full-time places and aims to be as flexible as reasonably possible in order to help out parents.
The nursery, which is enrolling children now, will be open 51 weeks of the year from 8am and 6pm between Monday to Friday.
