A COW is moo-ving once again after getting its head stuck in a fence.
Officers from Essex Police’s rural engagement team came across the trapped cow earlier today.
The team was grateful for their recent training with Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, which taught the officers how to rescue large animals.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: “Recently the team completed [a] course with ECFRS.
“Today they put their skills into practice when they came across a cow with its head stuck in a fence in Colchester.”
The cow was safely rescued and has moved on to pastures moo.
