A 26-YEAR-OLD arrested as part of an investigation which left a man with “life-changing” injuries has been bailed.
Essex Police officers were called to a car park off Tamarisk Way, near Blackthorn Avenue, in Greenstead, Colchester, shortly after 10pm on Friday.
They found a man in his 20s was lying unconscious after sustaining serious injuries.
Zack Ennew, 26, of Goring Road, Colchester, appeared before Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with causing grievous bodily harm without intent.
No plea was entered and he was released on bail, due to appear at Ipswich Crown Court on June 5.
