BOXING fans will be able to hear from a world champion and boxing legend when he visits Colchester.
Ricky ‘The Hitman’ Hatton will visit the city next weekend, sharing clever quips on the sport, stories of his time in the ring, and a jubilant acknowledgment of his career.
The former champion will regale Colchester’s residents and boxing fans with an evening of his memorable accolades and fights, which include fighting Mayweather Junior back in 2007 and Manny Pacquiao in 2009.
The former professional boxer will visit Charter Hall to discuss his career between 1997 and 2012, with meet and greets available for residents to meet a British legend of the sport.
Attendees have the option of a general admission ticket, which costs £25 for general admission, or a VIP ticket at £100.
The VIP ticket includes a general admission seat in the first five rows, a meet and greet, a signed photograph with Ricky, as well as a 2-course meal to enjoy during the show.
The event will run at Colchester Charter Hall on Friday, June 9.
