DINOSAURS are set to make a comeback and take over Colchester Zoo.
Colchester Zoo is set to unveil an awe-inspiring prehistoric exhibit, taking visitors on a journey through the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods.
The park's management has revealed that the new area is currently under development, with its inhabitants undergoing quarantine until their remarkable new home is ready.

The park's team is working diligently to ensure the exhibit provides an immersive experience, making visitors feel like true palaeontologists.
A spokesman from Colchester Zoo said: "We are currently developing a new DINO-MITE experience for all ages to enjoy.
"Regular visitors may have noticed some big new arrivals who are currently in quarantine until our new wonderous walkway is developed and ready for them to be released into their new home.

"When this new area is complete, you will come face-to-face with creatures from the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods – leaving you feeling like a true palaeontologist.
"We are hoping to launch the opening of this CLAW-SOME new area in early 2024 – follow us on social media for future updates."
Although an exact date for the grand opening has not yet been announced, the park anticipates launching this sensational new area in early 2024.
