ONGOING emergency roadworks are causing 'severe' delays around a busy Colchester road.
According to First Essex, emergency roadworks between London Road and A1124, are causing the road to be 'impassable'.

Due to the 'severe' road issue, the First Essex buses are unable to serve to Halsted Road bus stop.

It is believed that the roadworks are caused by an emergency set of roadworks by Anglian Water.
Services by First Bus will divert via London Road in both directions.
