NEW food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Colchester’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website has now revealed.
The Cantina restaurant, at University Of Essex's Colchester campus, was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 17.
Rose Kebab, located at 4 Barrack Street, Colchester, was also given a score of three on May 17.
It now means that of Colchester's 136 takeaways with ratings, 107, or 79 per cent, have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
