BOXTED-based TV star Jake Quickenden is desperate to step into the Strictly ballroom.
But he claims the BBC won’t give him a shot because of a previously telly appearance.
The former Dancing on Ice winner told the Daily Star: "I'd love to do Strictly - the booker, she's not having it, I don't think anyone has done Dancing on Ice to Strictly, it’s always been Strictly to Dancing on Ice, but they need to mix it up and get me on there."
Jake has previously appeared on The X Factor and I’m a Celeb.
