A MAN who plotted to spray council buildings with paint has been fined £100.
Said Hassan Ali Zadegan, from Colchester, was caught with the cans of spray paint in Westminster, London, on July 13.
He admitted having the paint with intent to damage property belonging to Westminster Council when he appeared before Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
Zadegan, of Rosalind Close, was fined £100 and ordered to pay an additional £125 in costs and a surcharge.
Magistrates ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the spray paint cans.
